Our family sessions will continue to run, however we've had to make some changes to the way we work due to the physical restrictions we are currently experiencing. If you know us, then you know how difficult we find restrictions of any kind, however we want you to know that we do this because we want to keep our elders and more vulnerable friends and family safe and well, so we are grateful for your help with this.
We are offering a 'promenade' experience which has staggered start times and enables folk to stay safely in their bubble whilst experiencing different activities.
There will be staggered start times with 30 minute gaps.
The trails all end in a large open space in which families can find their own little space in which to have a picnic and do the remaining self led activities together. Hopefully it will feel like we are all doing our thing together, albeit at a distance.
We ask that parents are respectful of their start times, and if you arrive early, please either wait in your car until your drop off time begins, or give folk plenty of distance to access the start.
We will be observing distancing rules, however parents must acknowledge that children may at times come into physical contact with others, particularly through play. It is down to you to be responsible for the distancing of your family unit .
In particular we need you to agree to the following;
If any parent, child or member of their ‘bubble’ have any symptoms of Covid 19, they should not attend the session unless they can provide evidence of a negative test result taken that day.
If any staff member, participant or someone in their household / 'support bubble’ tests positive for Covid 19, up to 2 weeks prior to the session, they should not attend, and should follow gov guidelines here:
If any child or staff presents with clear Covid 19 symptoms at any time during the session, they need to leave the session, and the individual will go for testing, with follow up checks from staff.
If any staff member or participant tests positive for Covid 19 for up to 2 weeks after a session, all individuals of the group should be notified and should then take appropriate action as advised by the Gov website here://
We reserve the right to cancel sessions should government guidance change at any time, or if there is an incident on the day. We cannot refund bookings which are cancelled in an unforeseen change due to government guidelines.
