Party prices / payment / cancellation policy

Prices start at £250 for 2 hours. Each hour extra costs £100.  The only extra cost to you will be venue hire (unless you’re in local woods) and party food/party bags.

In normal circumstances, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% up front on booking to secure the party, and then full payment no later than a month before the party date. If you are hiring Pinewood, we will also need a deposit to cover venue hire on booking.

 

We give refunds on the balance paid for cancellations up to 1 month before the party date. After that we cannot offer refunds but depending on circumstances, we may be willing to run the party on a different day. If the weather on the day is gale force winds/stormy/extreme rain/sub-zero temperatures or snowy, we may be prepared to accept a cancellation and refund 2/3 of the cost of the party, or run the party on a different day.  If in the highly unlikely event that we cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund or offer to run the party on a different day. 

 

In the case of a Covid related government restriction which affects the gathering, we cannot offer refunds but will offer to run the party on a different day.
