Parties are back on!
We do not work with more than 15 children per party. There will be 2 facilitators per party and we can accommodate up to 4 accompanying adults.
In general, we ask that parents of party goers do not attend with their children (unless they are required for one to one support), but drop off and collect at the designated place. This means the party remains focused on the children and there are no distractions! Please be respectful of the party start and end time where possible.
In particular we need you to agree to the following;

If any parent, child or member of their household / 'support bubble’ have Covid, we would prefer for the child not to attend the party until a negative test result is provided.

If any child or staff in the 'party tribe' presents with clear Covid 19 symptoms at any time during the party, parents will be notified and we would ask them to test their child with a lateral flow and notify us of the outcome.
FRYLANDS WOOD - They have their own toilet block.
LOCAL WOODS - There are no toilets, so its tree wees. Please make sure your child brings their own hand sanitiser. We have a mobile handwashing area.
Children need to bring their own labelled water bottles. Other than that, please don't send them with toys or bags. Please exchange gifts either before or after the party and the parent hosting the party will take responsibility for these.
We reserve the right to cancel parties should government guidance change at any time, or if there is an incident at a party. We cannot refund bookings, however we may be happy to honour them at a later date.
